Mowing, Trimming & Blowing 
All mowing and trimming will be done at appropriate height and frequency to keep lawn neat. Where applicable, all mowing directions and patterns will be alternated each week to provide an even, uniform appearance. With each mowing all edges around beds, trees and walks will be trimmed. Cleanup and removal of debris is included.

Fertilization & Weed Control
Lawn areas will receive three pounds of of actual available nitrogen in a balance fertilizer form for each 1000 square feet of turf. Applications will be applied in spring summer and fall. A pre/post-emergent weed control will be applied to control crabgrass, annual grasses, etc.

Pruning of Shrubs and Trees
All shrubs will be pruned one time during the season. All dead and diseased branches will be removed and shrubs will be shaped to retain their natural size and shape. Trees will be pruned back to keep the desired size and shape keeping them neat and orderly, all dead/diseased branches will be removed.
